The National Cowboys of Color Museum and Hall of Fame is proud to bring the COWBOYS OF COLOR INVITATIONAL RODEO to Fort Worth, Texas, each year. This will be an exciting and fun way to highlight your business. Don’t miss this opportunity!!!

The Cowboys of Color Invitational Rodeo serves as unique family entertainment and features over 300 African American, Hispanic, Asian, European and Native American Cowboys and Cowgirls competing for $25,000 in prize money. This fast-paced sporting event is also an educationally enlightening experience that provides many of its viewers with their first glimpse of Cowboys of Color, while learning about their historical contribution to the settling of the western United States.

Remember, by becoming a vendor, you open the door to potential new purchasers. The rodeo is an excellent vehicle in which to promote your business, market your products and/or provide additional information about your company or organization.

You also become an important partner in developing the educational programs at the National Cowboys of Color Museum and Hall of Fame, located at 3400 Mount Vernon Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas, 76103. The museum is open Wednesday thru Saturday, from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. A gift shop provides excellent souvenirs and free parking is provided. For additional info email us.

 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
One Standard Exhibit Booth includes: one - 8’ table, two chairs, two exhibitor badges and two tickets to the  Ft. Worth Rodeo.  You will also receive your same booth at the newly added mounted shooting match on Sunday, at no additional cost, this year, however, you must indicate on the form if you will participate at the event.

Location of booth will be determined by National Cowboys of Color Museum and Hall of Fame (NCCMHF).    Preference will be given to early registrants.

Each exhibitor’s booth will be identified by company or organization’s name as taken from the registration form.

Exhibitor badges will be distributed as you check-in beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.   Additional badges are $15.00 each, and should be requested in advance.

Note:  No food vendors.

SET UP TIMES: Saturday, 10:00 a.m.
Sunday,     9:00 a.m.

SHOW HOURS:  7:00 p.m.  Rodeo
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Shooting Match

Electrical connections are available at $25.00 per booth.  (One Standard 110 outlet)

RULES AND REGULATIONS

National Cowboys of Color Museum and Hall of Fame (NCCMHF) reserves the right to require the immediate withdrawal of any exhibit which NCCMHF believes to be unsuitable or was misrepresented under description of products and services.

The sale of commemorative or like type of Cowboys of Color Invitational Rodeo or National Cowboys of Color Museum and Hall of Fame materials and products is reserved by the National Cowboys of Color Museum and Hall of Fame.

SECURITY

While security will be provided, each vendor is responsible for securing their exhibit area.  You may leave merchandise between shows; however, NCCMHF will not be responsible for damaged or stolen items.
